Programming: Stand-alone entry-level applications development in Turbo Pascal, Quick-C, and Clipper, Multi-User applications development in R-Base and MagicPC, Webpage layout in HTML, and Webpage enhancements in JavaScript.
Management: Creation and implementation of departmental procedures, interaction with other departmental heads, mediation of internal employee conflicts, diffusion of customer/client complaints, and management of in-house and field install teams.
Training: Creation of various self-study and reference materials, as well as the organization and implementation of training classes.
