Recently, Kathy has become interested in WebCams, and has visited quite a few. WebCams, if you've not had the opportunity to discover them already, are cameras that are focused on a particular place, person, or object, the pictures the camera takes are copied to an 'Internet-accessible location' (such as a Website), and then anyone on the Web can view the camera's pictures.
