Katie, our daughter, has used a Web browser once or twice (it's sort of a family requirement ;^)), though she prefers 'surfing' from a parents lap, and would rather be using the computer in a more 'productive' fashion (e.g. Talk with Me Barbie, The Rugrats Activity Challenge, etc...).
